“Take off” Paying until after you Land
It has been a year since Northwest Airlines became the first airline to accept PayPal payment for online ticket purchases. It was announced today that Northwest is the first airline to accept PayPal Pay Later.
The service lets passengers buy tickets on Northwest’s Web site, and then defer payments for 90 days, and is available to customers even if they don’t have PayPal accounts.

There has been an update to the paypal extended seller protection policy - it is the highlighted portion of this chart. Could you get the details of what this means exactly?
