eBay Advertising & PR

I wrote a post last month about a number of promotions eBay was running for the marketplace heading into the holiday buying season. A lot of the deals are outlined at http://pages.ebay.com/deals/. The post was met with mixed responses. Some folks questioned why it seemed that eBay was simply focusing on coupons this year.

I wanted to share a pretty cool little video that I saw over on the Skype blog this morning showing how one local campaign HQ is using Skype to “Get Out The Vote”:

I’m leaving in 15 minutes to cast my vote. Exciting times indeed!
Cheers,

GOOD Stuff

I realize The Chatter already covered it this week, but I would be remiss if I didn’t give a shout out to all of the charitable accomplishments and initiatives being undertaken recently.
First of all, it’s been a month since the eBay Foundation launched the Community Gives campaign that asks Community members and eBay employees to [...]

The test is invite only (with participants randomly selected) but because I was transcribing my interview with Brian Burke well into last night, I didn’t check my personal email until this morning, and therefore [...]
